ABOUT THE

TRAIL TRACK & FIELD CLUB

The Trail Track Club is an athletic association dedicated to developing athletes to their full potential. The club is focused on track and field, but is an excellent place for athletes of all disciplines to train, particularly through the winter months. Sprinting and endurance running help to keep one in shape and build speed, while throwing and jumping events test and develop flexibility and strength.

WHEN WE TRAIN

PRACTICE SCHEDULE

INDOOR SEASON

During the winter season, November to March, practices are held twice a week in the Willi Krause fieldhouse as follows:

ALL AGES (Age 9+):
Tuesday/Thursday:
 6:00 – 8:00 pm

OUTDOOR SEASON

During the outdoor season, April to October, practices are held  at Haley Park as follows:

HIGHSCHOOL  TRAINING GROUP (Age 14+): Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday: 5:00 – 7:00 pm

JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT TRAINING GROUP
(Age 9-13):

Tuesday & Thursday:
5 – 7 pm


No practices on holiday weekends. Practice may be canceled before or after a meet due to travel/rest needs. Practices may be canceled if weather conditions are deemed unsafe (i.e. extreme temperatures, smoke, lightning)n a Statutory holiday.
